Once a month I take a small crew out to one of Sydney's best dog-friendly beaches. Door-to-door pickup, a full wash and blow-dry before drop-off, and a day they won't stop talking about.

Some days call for sand between the paws and a proper swim, not just a walk around the block. A beach date is exactly that — I collect them from your door, drive them out to one of Sydney's dog-friendly beaches with my fellow companions, and bring them home washed and blow dried.

A sheltered harbour beach in the Eastern Suburbs with calm, shallow water and off-leash access — a relaxed paddle with city skyline views.
