1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Rupert's Pet Rides' pet transport services within Sydney, Australia. By booking a ride, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Our Services

Rupert's Pet Rides provides chauffeured transport for dogs across Sydney. Rides are available in three tiers (Silver, Gold, Platinum) with optional add-ons. We operate seven days a week, subject to driver availability.

3. Bookings & Payment

• All bookings must be made through our website or by phone.
• Fares are calculated based on tier, distance, and selected add-ons.
• Payment is required to confirm a booking and may be made online at the time of booking.
• Prices are inclusive of GST where applicable.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled ride receive a full refund.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the ride are non-refundable.
• If we cancel a ride due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be issued.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Ensure your dog is vaccinated, healthy, and safe to transport on the day of the ride.
• Provide accurate information about your dog's breed, size, temperament, and any special requirements.
• Be available at the agreed pickup and drop-off addresses at the scheduled times.
• Inform us in advance of any behavioural or medical concerns.

6. Our Responsibilities

We will transport your dog with care, using appropriate restraints and a temperature-controlled vehicle. We carry pet transport insurance and will take all reasonable steps to ensure your dog's safety and comfort during the ride.

7. Liability

Rupert's Pet Rides is not liable for pre-existing conditions or incidents arising from undisclosed behavioural or medical issues. Our liability is limited to the fare paid for the ride, except where negligence can be demonstrated.

8. Royal Pass Membership

Royal Pass membership is billed monthly and includes a set number of rides per billing cycle. Unused rides do not roll over. Membership may be paused or cancelled at any time with seven days' notice.

9. Privacy

We collect and store personal information only as necessary to provide our services. Your details will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
