Question 1

What areas do you service?

Accepted Answer

I operate across Sydney and surrounding suburbs. You can view the full list of serviced areas on the Service Areas page. If you're not sure whether your suburb is covered, just send me a message and I'll let you know.

Question 2

What types of pets do you transport?

Accepted Answer

Dogs and cats both ride with me. From small lap dogs to large breeds, and calm, climate-controlled travel for cats too — every passenger travels in comfort and safety, each handled their way.

Question 3

How do I book a ride?

Accepted Answer

Simply click 'Book a ride' anywhere on the site, choose your tier (Silver, Gold, or Platinum), enter your pickup and drop-off addresses, select any add-ons, and pick your date and time. You'll receive a confirmation once your booking is locked in.

Question 4

What is the difference between Silver, Gold, and Platinum?

Accepted Answer

Silver is the classic ride — collected from your door and brought home safe, with live tracking and a note the moment we're home. Gold adds a candid photo and clip from the road, a spot on the Paw of Fame, priority booking, and a calm playlist. Platinum adds a preference card on file, paw balm and a spritz, a direct priority line, and an annual keepsake photo.

Question 5

Do you offer round trips and one-way rides?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can book either a round trip (collected and brought home) or a one-way ride. Pricing adjusts automatically based on your selection.

Question 6

How is the fare calculated?

Accepted Answer

Every ride includes the first 10 km, with a small per-kilometre surcharge beyond that. Your fare is calculated upfront based on distance, your selected tier, and any add-ons.

Question 7

Is my dog safe during the ride?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Your dog is the only passenger, secured in an ex-government police dog unit, industry-approved crate inside a clean, comfortable vehicle. A full profile is kept on every passenger including medical conditions, special requirements, and preferences.

Question 8

What happens on my dog's first ride?

Accepted Answer

Every first ride starts with a proper hello — a sniff, time to settle in, and a chat about anything to know, like nervous habits or car sickness, before we go anywhere.

Question 9

Do you have any vaccination or health requirements?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every dog or cat should be up to date on core vaccinations before their first ride, especially for group settings like Beach Dates. Message anytime for guidance.

Question 10

How do you drop dogs off when owners aren't home?

Accepted Answer

During booking you can note a safe place where keys are stored — a lockbox, a neighbour, or any secure spot you trust — so drop-off is safe even if you're not there.

Question 11

What happens if my dog gets car sick?

Accepted Answer

Just let me know when booking. Car sickness notes are kept on file and the ride is adjusted accordingly, whether that's a calmer route or a slower pace.

Question 12

Can I track my dog during the ride?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Silver and above include live tracking so you can follow the journey in real time, plus a note the moment we're home safe.

Question 13

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancel from the Trip History page: enter the email you booked with, find the ride, click 'Cancel & refund', and confirm. A full refund is issued instantly to your original payment method, and refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Question 14

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Payment is handled securely online at the time of booking.
